Asociación de Propietarios de la Urbanización de Son Parc

APUSonParc is an association created to support the interests of the owners of properties within the Son Parc urbanization.

 

The Association was re-activated in April 2013 to encourage the Es Mercadal Town Hall and the Urbanization Developer to improve investment in, and services provided to, the Son Parc urbanization.   All property owners should consider becoming members - to increase our influence with the Town Hall and Urbanization Developer. 

 

The need for an active Owners Association to represent property owners is probably more important now than ever before.

 

Our membership fee is currently  € 10 to join and in return members receive regular updates and useful information/fact sheets.  They also have the opportunity to attend and express their views at our AGM.

 

Our aims and objectives:

 

• Influence the Town Hall to increase their level of investment within Son Parc

• Ensure the completion of “phase 3” (the renewal of footpaths and street lighting)

• Obtain improved cleaning and maintenance throughout Son Parc

• Realise such improvements by maintaining a positive dialogue with the Town Hall and Developer

• Keeping members informed
